Habakkuk chapter 3. Rejoice in the Lord always, again I will say rejoice.

Habakkuk knows how awesome God's deeds are and calls upon the Lord to make his awesome deeds known.
Habakkuk speaks of God's wonders and splendor and at the end he mentions something very powerful. He says:
1. I will wait patiently for God's Deliverance to come against the nation invading us.
2. Even though food is not existent, and even though they lost all their sheep and cattle, Habakkuk declares he will rejoice in the Lord. He will be joyful in God his Savior.
3. Lastly Habakkuk declares God as his strength.

Shame on me when I fail to recognize God for his power and might. God forgive me for not trusting you and not being joyful when things are not going well.
1. God, I remember in March of 2021 saying, I will wait patiently for you to provide a job, an income, and a home. Though nothing is in sight, I trust you.
2. I will rejoice in you and will be joyful in you my Savior. Thank you for all you've done and for all you will do.

Philippians 4:4 is a great reminder for us to rejoice in the Lord always. It says, “Rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say rejoice!”
To be able to rejoice in the Lord always is the evidence of one trusting in him always.  Why do I rejoice? I rejoice because I know God is in control and will take care of us. May this be a true expression of my heart daily.
