This chapter says that we are blessed to be forgiven! What joy to know we are set free to live for Christ and our sins aren't held against us. We're told to confess our sins to the Lord and then experience forgiveness. He even takes away the guilt associated with sin. We're completely set free.

Hebrews 8:12 says, “For I will forgive their wickedness and remember their sins no more.”

Hebrews 10:17 says, “Then the Lord adds, ‘Their sins and lawless acts I will remember no more.' “

– Satan loves to remind us of our sins. God loves to forget confessed sins (I John 1:9).

– Satan loves to make us feel unworthy to serve God because of our sins, God is ready to forgive, restore, and use us in ministry.

So STOP and PRAY to GOD.

Confess sins. Accept forgiveness. You are worthy to serve. God makes us worthy, not because we are perfect but because our heart is right before God. The heart that attracts God and enables him to use us, is a broken and contrite heart. A heart that confesses sins and repents. So be restored and be ready to serve. Restoration can be instantaneous or it can take time because of healing that may need to occur. Either way, God is in the business of restoration and in using us in ministry.
