Psalm Chapter 8. God is truly MAJESTIC!!!
King David starts and ends this psalm with, “Oh Lord, our Lord, How majestic is your name in all the Earth.”
Then, in between these two verses, he gives examples of God's amazing Majesty.
1. He mentions the glory of God which no one can comprehend.
2. He speaks of the power of praise to bring victory in our lives.
3. He speaks of God's Great Creation with such detail, complexity, and beauty!
4. He speaks of us humans and how valuable we are to Him. God is ever mindful of us. Psalm 139:17-18 says,
“17 How precious to me are your thoughts, God!  How vast is the sum of them!
18 Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand.”
God, please help me capture how valuable I really am to you!  To know this and believe this is to then be able to walk in faith and trust that you will take care of me. Forgive me when I let the enemy convince me then I'm insignificant. Such thoughts of me do not even exist within you. You're constantly thinking wonderful thoughts of me. Again, why do I listen to the lies when you are so majestic and find such great Value in me?
Help me walk in confidence and help me believe in myself because of how you made me. Help me see my great value and Worth daily.
Then help me see the value and worth in others versus trying to put down and belittle them. Help me to see their value that I might encourage them so they can become all YOU want them to be just as YOU want me to become all that I can be for YOU, without limitations.
