Psalm Chapter 3 God does deliver!
Psalm 3 is from David when he fled for his life away from his son Absalom who wanted to be king. I broke this Psalm down in this way:
1. David had many enemies who were trying to kill him.
2. He had no fear.
3. There were those who doubted God's ability to save David.
4. David trusted God to deliver him.
5. David calls out to God and declares how God has sustained him and will deliver him.
1. What difficulties or challenges are we going through today?
2. Are we afraid? Do we doubt God's ability to intervene? Does it look too overwhelming?
3. The bottom line is, trust in God.
– trusting in God means we have the faith to get through each day.
– We persevere and we don't give up.
– We trust him to get us through another day, until the day of Deliverance comes.
– God is the answer! No need to run around and worry!
– Do our actions and our attitudes reflect Trust or worry?

This chapter made me think of Proverbs 29:25.
The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe.
