| Ezekiel Chapter 5. God is always pursuing us to REBUKE, RESTORE, or RECRUIT! In verse 2 God says that because of the nation's sin, he will pursue them with a sword, his wrath. I like the word pursue. God is pursuing us all the time? Why? Because he loves us! 1) He pursues us to REBUKE us so that we will repent of our sins. 2) He pursues us so that he can RESTORE our relationship with Him. 3) He pursues us so he can RECRUIT us in Ministry and reach the lost. Why is God in pursuit of you today? 1) Are you in need of his REBUKE? 2) Does he want to RESTORE your relationship with him? 3) Are you being pursued because he wants to RECRUIT you for Ministry? Wherever you're at with the Lord, receive his loving pursuit and be obedient to his Spirit's leading in your life. |
