Isaiah chapter 41. Time for Self Reflection.

In this chapter, God calls his people together for a time of reflection and reminder. Life can get so busy that we forget who we are and why we exist. We can easily forget who God is and what his desires are for us. In this chapter God speaks to his people saying:
1) We are God's children, called and chosen by him.
2) We are called to a life of righteousness.
3) We don't have to fear our enemies because God is with us and will strengthen us and help us defeat our enemies.
4) God will provide miraculously and help us in our needs so that people will know that it was God who is at work and it is not by our own strength.
CHALLENGE:
1) Have you forgotten whose child you are? God has chosen and called you. Don't let satan beat you up and make you feel less than you are. You are God's children.
2) Since God has called us into righteousness, let us be real and transparent about our lives. What do we need to surrender over to the Lord so we can be right before him?
3. Where do you feel the enemy is attacking you mentally, physically, or spiritually? Give it to the Lord and let him be your healer, your strength, your guide, your victory.
4) When God provides or meets a need, don't take the credit or glory for it. Give all the glory to God and give thanks to Him.
