Complementing our spouse is extremely important because it is very easy to become self-conscious of one's appearance. And if left unchallenged it is easy to feel very insecure to the point that it defines who we are versus listening to God's voice. We need to let God define who we are.

Complimenting others is so important, and not just our spouse. People in general are insecure with who they are. I like to compliment people with their inner beauty mentioning their attractive traits and complementing their God-given gifts.

Compliment your spouse but also compliment others today on their attractive traits: both their inner and outer beauty.
