Ecclesiastes Chapter 11. How in the world did he do that?

Verse five says the world we live in is very complex. So how can we even begin to think we understand the work of God who is the Maker of all things?
Look at creation and the complexities of each thing created including the human body. All the heavens and earth did not just happen by chance. To say a big bang came and all of a sudden life was formed seems a little crazy. Or that once there was nothing and then from nothing came something. That doesn't even make scientific sense. Just look at the eye of a human being. It's amazing! The eye has millions of cells in order to help it function, plus it has around a million nerve fibers. These are just some of the complexities of the eye. So let me repeat verse 5: How can we even begin to think we understand the work of God the Maker of all things?
Verse 6 says don't sit idly and do nothing.
We are to be hard workers and then trust God to produce the fruit. Don't be lazy. Don't lay around and expect people to just take care of you. Hard work brings good feelings for your accomplishments and God produces fruit. Just like in Ministry. Lives don't just get saved because we eat and breathe. It takes work, hard work. It's work to run a children's ministry or any Ministry. It takes a lot of prayer and then action on our part to make connections with people and build relationships and share Christ.
CHALLENGE
Take time today to thank God for all the different things you see in creation.
Also, ask yourself this question: What more can I do for the Lord to help bring people to the Lord?
