Daily Bible Challenge: Day 652 Proverbs Chapter 24

The teachings of this chapter reminded me of the teachings of Christ and our relationship with Him.

It says:

1) Don't envy the wicked because it leads to trouble.

2) By wisdom a house is built, established, and decorated. I compare that to a Ministry. A Ministry that is built and established needs God's wisdom and guidance.

3) Wisdom has power and strength.

– with wisdom comes hope. Just like Christ who gives us hope.

– with wisdom one does not easily give up.

– With the wisdom of many comes victory over the enemy.

4) Rescue those who are LED astray. Let us love people enough that we lovingly confront them if they are being led astray.

5) Don't gloat when your enemy falls and don't pay back evil for evil. Instead let us pray for them and love them.

6) Don't show partiality. It's easy to do.
