Proverbs Chapter 3. Faithfully love others.
There's a lot of wisdom and advice given in this chapter but I'll focus on one of them:
It says, “Let love and faithfulness never leave you.” And it gives the reason why, because people and God will be attracted to it.
I just imagined how important it is to faithfully love people regardless of how much they faithfully love us back. I'm flooded with many memories of working in the lumberyard for 4 Summers. There were two men whose goal was to make my life miserable because I was a Christian. They would do all kind of perverted and deceptive things in hopes of getting me into an argument with them.  I ignored their attempts and focused on loving them.
But I also was committed to being a good faithful worker.
Two things resulted:
1. I gained the love and respect of my bosses, who made it a point to compliment me on my level of commitment to the job.
2. The two men, along with many other men at the Lumber Yard, greatly respected me. One of the men turned his heart completely from no longer attacking me but instead criticizing those who made fun of God.
Others shared how convicted they were about faith in Jesus because of how different I was than the other men. Several times people would ask me questions about faith in Jesus. Not because I was preaching but because God's love truly did flow from me. And He opened the door, more than once, for me to talk about Jesus.
I can't say several men accepted Christ but I can say several saw and later heard the message of Jesus which got them seriously thinking about their lives with the Lord.
I had gained the love and respect of many workers and bosses at The Lumber Yard because of what Christ did through me.
Two challenges:
1. Let the love of Christ truly be seen in and through your lives as you faithfully love others and see if it doesn't break through the walls of the devil.
2. Be the best faithful worker at your job.
Have a good day!
