Jeremiah Chapter 6. I Want To Use You!
God continues to call his people to him but they reject his call and as a result God is bringing his wrath upon them. God is calling for repentance and a desire for holiness.
We are wise to repent from sin and turn to God because:
1) God has a call on our lives to use us. He has a purpose for our lives to touch others and reach them with the message of Jesus.
2) Sadly, once we turn from sin and turn to God, Satan fills our minds with lies. He likes to remind us of our past failures and faults and tell us we're not good enough. In the meantime, God says he will make us good enough. He loves to use imperfect people. He's looking for broken and willing hearts.
Do you want to be used by God? Give him your life and come before him with a broken and contrite heart for that heart God never pushes away.
God will change you and use you for his purpose. He will bring glory to his name through you. Think about that!!! God will bring glory to his name through you! Wow, imperfect people who are able to do great things for God almighty because of his Holy Spirit working in and through us!
Let God use you!
