Isaiah chapter 46. I Need You Daily!
In this chapter God declares to Israel that he is the only one who can sustain them and rescue them.
Israel makes false gods and then set them up on a shelf. Yet their false gods can't move. They can't answer prayers, and they can't save the people.
God reminds them that he is the only one true God. What he says goes. He fulfills his purposes. He declares the coming of His righteousness and salvation.
Lord, may I daily call out to you and trust you to sustain me and rescue me in all my circumstances. May my heart not stray from you but may I be daily holy in your sight. Thank you for providing me strength to make holy decisions and thank you for conviction of sin when I fail you. I can't live without you Lord! I need you daily!
