Psalm Chapter 17. I believe (I think)!
So far, these first few chapters of Psalms, seem to have three things in common:
1. There's a cry for help!
2. There's great detail about the need.
3. There's a belief of Gods upcoming intervention.
Depending upon the circumstances, I can see how this is similar to when I cry out to God for his intervention. But sometimes I fail:
1. I'll cry out to God for his intervention.
2. I'll go into great detail of my issues.
3. But then I end up questioning or doubting his ability to save or rescue me.
Lord help me trust you in all circumstances and all situations. Amen!
I was reminded today of 1 John 5:18.
We know that everyone who has been born of God does not keep on sinning, but he who was born of God protects him, and the evil one does not touch him.
