Some verses that jump out in this chapter are:

Vs.22 God is exalted in power….

Vs. 24 Remember to extol his work which people have praised in song.

Vs. 26 How Great is God beyond our understanding.

There are those times, perhaps many times, we don't understand God but he's always at work. If we are feeling blessed, God is at work. When we are in pain and suffering and feeling all alone, God is at work and displaying his power. His power and might are constantly being displayed. Do we even stop and thank God and praise him. I have a prayer book with a list of requests I have written down for others. I pray for them often and as God answers these prayers in some way I cross them out. I have so many answered prayers. It's a reminder to me to stop and thank God for all he is doing. He's always doing great things and many go unnoticed because I'm too focused on self and MY life. God help me stop and listen and look and see what great things you are doing every single moment of the day. Then help me to exalt you and extol you and praise you and thank you!

Psalm 117:1-2

Praise the LORD, all you nations! Extol Him, all you peoples! For great is His loving devotion toward us, and the faithfulness of the LORD endures forever. Hallelujah!
